1. only post your ad(s) in the appropriate category or categories; and
2. use the posting, networking and communications tools in the manner and for the purposes for which they are intended, namely to advertise services offered or wanted and communicate and spread the buzz with your network, clients and others.

You agree not to:

1. violate the legal rights of others, which includes not defaming, harassing, stalking, abusing, threatening, bullying or carrying out or encouraging similar unlawful or objectionable actions and behavior or violating another person’s right to privacy or publicity;
2. violate any of the policies of BuzzOurBiz, including these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, current copies of which are posted on this site;
3. publish, post or distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material, information, name or topic;
4. upload any photos or other files that contain any material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights to the material or have received all necessary consents from third-party owners of the rights to the material;
5. upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software, programs or technologies that may damage the operation of BuzzOurBiz or another person’s computer;
6. conduct, forward or distribute spam, surveys, pyramid schemes or chain letters;
7. interfere in any way with the proper working of BuzzOurBiz and our servers;
8. use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access BuzzOurBiz and collect content for any purpose without our express written authorization to do so;
9. collect any information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
10. circumvent measures used to prevent or restrict access to BuzzOurBiz;
11. falsify or delete any legal or other notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin, ownership or source of material contained in a file that is uploaded; or
12. restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying BuzzOurBiz.

Please advise us about any problems or offensive content you find on BuzzOurBiz by using the “Report” flagging system or by sending us an email to help@buzzourbiz.com.  We will then determine what actions to take, if any, so that we can keep the site safe and running properly.  At our sole discretion at any time, we may limit or terminate BuzzOurBiz, remove any or all content of a particular user, terminate accounts and take any necessary technical or legal action to keep users off BuzzOurBiz if we believe users are violating these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy or any of our other policies in effect from time to time.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for monitoring BuzzOurBiz for unauthorized or unlawful content on BuzzOurBiz or use of BuzzOurBiz by users.

Your and Our Content.
You agree not to copy, modify or distribute the content and material contained on BuzzOurBiz, or our copyrights or trademarks. When you post, communicate using the tools on BuzzOurBiz or give us any other content in any other way, you are granting us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content, all of which are required in order to enable us to host and display your content (which is the purpose of BuzzOurBiz, after all). Please notify us at help@buzzourbiz.com if you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy or any of our other policies in effect from time to time, or of any party’s rights.

Your Personal Information.
By using BuzzOurBiz, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by BuzzOurBiz Inc. on our hosting servers and data centres.  Please see our Privacy Policy for additional detail on how we deal with and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability.
BuzzOurBiz is a platform for users to post and view ads, communicate and do other social networking activities.  Accordingly, the majority of the content on BuzzOurBiz comes from users (i.e. not BuzzOurBiz Inc.) and you agree not to hold us responsible for content provided by or the conduct of  other users of the site. We do not represent, warrant or guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications, nor do we represent, warrant or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services wanted or offered on the site or the content of what a user says or posts. Further, as much as we would like to and take all reasonable measure to keep things up, running and secure, we cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to BuzzOurBiz. Therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of merchantability, merchantable quality, quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of BuzzOurBiz, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damages occurring. Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing, if we are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute or otherwise) is limited to the total of all fees paid by you to use over the preceding 6 months or CDN$50, whichever is greater.

The Final Legal Words.
These Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and all other policies posted on BuzzOurBiz from time to time constitute the entire agreement between BuzzOurBiz Inc. and you (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  If we choose to not to enforce a particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining terms shall survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion without notice to you. We will send notices to you via the email address you provide. We may update these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and other policies at any time, with updates taking effect when you next use BuzzOurBiz or one month after the updates to the policies are posted on BuzzOurBiz, whichever is the first to occur. No other amendments to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy or any of our other policies in effect from time to time will be effective unless made in writing and signed by us.
